Caws Teifi is a pioneer of raw milk cheesemaking in Wales - founded by a Dutch-Welsh family who brought continental techniques to the valleys of Ceredigion. Since the early 1980s, they’ve created exceptional cheeses with complexity and soul, including the famed Teifi Gouda and washed-rind 'Dragon’s Breath'.
Handmade with unpasteurised organic milk and matured slowly, Caws Teifi cheeses are rich in both flavour and story.
